 begin at 7:00 pm and it will be a virtual event only.\n\nDue to the COVID-
 19 Pandemic emergency\, the July 2022\, meeting of the Alexandria Redevelo
 pment and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is being held electroni
 cally pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) and the Continuit
 y of Government ordinance adopted by the City Council on June 20\, 2020\, 
 to undertake essential business.  All of the members of the public body an
 d staff are participating from remote locations through a Zoom meeting. Th
 is meeting is being held electronically\, unless a determination is made t
 hat it is safe enough to be held in person in the Board Room at 401 Wythe 
 Street\, Alexandria\, VA. Electronic access will be provided in either eve
 nt.  The meeting can be accessed by the public through zoom (link below).\
 n\nPublic comment will be received at the meeting. Individuals interested
