 launches the new Mobile Art Lab program in Alexandria at the Torpedo Facto
 ry along the City Marina from noon until 11 p.m. offering a variety of pro
 grams including music\, video\, and hands-on activities throughout the day
  and night. \n\nWorking in collaboration with local and regional artists\,
  the Mobile Art Lab provides arts access throughout Alexandria by going di
 rectly to the people. Using a surplus truck from Arlington\, the Mobile Ar
 t Lab is up-fitted with art supplies and equipment that will enable qualit
 y\, engaging arts programs to happen anywhere in the City.\n\nTo find out
