 ication of appropriate target audiences for the City's outreach efforts.  
 The City's Municipal Separate Stormwater System (MS4) Permit requires resi
 dent input in developing a comprehensive plan\, feedback and input receive
 d at this meeting will be used to develop updates to the Stormwater Public
