DESCRIPTION:The Beauregard Design Advisory Committee (BDAC) is appointed by
  City Council and consists of nine members who serve 2-year terms. The rol
 e of the BDAC is to review development plans for compliance with the Beaur
 egard Urban Design Standards and Guidelines. Applications are brought to t
 he appointed citizen group as needed and are discussed at public meetings.
  The Committee will provide comments to applicants and staff to guide prop
 osals and ultimately make written recommendations to the Planning Commissi
 on and City Council.
