DESCRIPTION:The second of a series of community meetings on the Waterfront 
 Small Area Plan Landscape and Flood Mitigation Design process will occur o
 n Monday\, November 4\, 2013\, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The meeting wil
 l take place at T.C. Williams High School\, 3330 King Street\, Alexandria\
 , in the auditorium. Participants should use buildinge entrace 36\, direct
 ly across from the parking garage. The public is invited to this community
  meeting\, and reservations are not required. \n\nThe Olin Studio\, the Ci
 ty's landscape architectural firm for the Waterfront\, will provide inform
 ation on the design process that will occur between now and June 2014\, in
  order to provide a higher level of specificity for the illustrative drawi
 ngs in the Waterfront Small Area Plan. The meeting will also be a forum to
  share ideas on programming of public space elements and activities\; and 
 ideas for implementing the art\, history\, and lighting recommendations in
  the Waterfront Small Area Plan.\nThis is an important opportunity for the
  community to engage in this process\, as the City works in partnership wi
 th Alexandrians to transform the Waterfront into an highly accessible\, vi
