DESCRIPTION:Residents that receive City refuse collection services are elig
 ible to receive Spring Clean-Up pick up each Saturday throughout April.  R
 esidents are encouraged to clear out household clutter and place unwanted 
 bulky trash and metal items at the curb on your neighborhood collection da
 te.  The City is divided into four collection zones and each zone is assig
 ned a specific Saturday.  Metals should be separated from other collection
  items\, as they will be picked up during separate collection.
