 clamation and a performance from the City of Alexandria Pipes and Drums. V
 isitors can also explore historical exhibits\, enjoy music from the Commun
 ity Little Big Band\, and attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the "Buried
  Ships of Robinson Landing" exhibit. Additionally\, join Mayor Wilson and 
 City Council at Windmill Hill Park for the dedication of the first of 275 
 trees to be planted across the city. \n\nThe kick-off event will be held a
