 e alcohol legally and provide it to minors. Youth\, accompanied by adults\
 , will go to alcohol vendors throughout Alexandria and place "Stop" sticke
 rs on multi-packs of alcohol reminding adults it's illegal to purchase alc
 ohol for youth. \n\nSticker Shock is organized by the Substance Abuse Prev
 ention Coalition of Alexandria (SAPCA)\, Virginia ABC\, and area law enfor
 cement agencies\, including the Alexandria Police Department and Alexandri
 a Sheriff's Office.\n\nThis campaign will kick off with a press conference
  in the parking lot at 720 North Saint Asaph Street. Mayor William D. Euil
 le\, Alexandria Police Captain Tammy Hooper\, two T.C. Williams students\,
  and Debbie Sausville\, who lost a daughter to drunk drinking will speak a
