 dria Gang Prevention Community Task Force is being held electronically pur
 suant to the ordinance adopted by the City Council on June 20\, 2020. All 
 of the members of the Board and staff are participating from remote locati
 ons through a Zoom meeting. This meeting is being held electronically\, un
 less a determination is made that it is safe enough to be held in person. 
 The meeting can be accessed by the public through the Zoom link below.  \n
  \n\n \nThe purpose of the Task Force is to receive briefings on the statu
 s of gang suppression\, prevention and intervention programs and activitie
 s in the City\; assist in informing and educating the Alexandria community
  about the gang suppression\, prevention and intervention programs and act
 ivities\; assist in identifying programs and activities that will address 
 specific gang-related problems or issues in the City\; assist in identifyi
 ng opportunities to obtain funding for programs and activities that will a
 ddress such gang-related problems or issues\; and\, assist in identifying 
 state or local laws that should be enacted or amended to enable the City\,
  and possibly other local governments\, to better address problems and iss
