DESCRIPTION:Meeting of the Supplemental Retirement Plan Pension BoaDue to t
 he COVID-19 Pandemic emergency\, the February 2nd meeting of the Supplemen
 tal Retirement Board is being held electronically pursuant to Virginia Cod
 e Section 2.2- 3708.2(A)(3)\, the Continuity of Government ordinance adopt
 ed by the City Council on June 20\, 2020 or Section 4-0.01(g) in HB29 and 
 HB30\, enacted by the 2020 Virginia General Assembly (Virginia Acts of Ass
 embly Ch. 1283 and 1289)\, to undertake essential business. All of the mem
 bers of the Board and staff are participating from remote locations throug
 h Zoom. This meeting is being held electronically\, unless a determination
  is made that it is safe enough to be held in person in the City Council C
 hamber at 301 King Street\, Alexandria\, VA. Electronic access will be pro
 vided in either event. The meeting can be accessed by the public through Z
 oom. Public comment will not be received at the meeting. For reasonable di

  711rd. The Board manages the investments of the pension plan assets. This
  plan provides retirement benefits for eligible General Schedule employees

 investment managers. During each meeting there may be an education segment
 . The Board may hear other matters brought to their attention. Some meetin
