 il on June 20\, 2020 to undertake essential business. Due to the high tran
 smission rate of COVID-19 in Alexandria\, audience members are invited to 
 join this program virtually. The meeting can be accessed via Zoom. Meeting
  link is below and registration is required to watch the live webcast.\n\n
 The meeting will be webcast live and a recording will be available a few d
 ays after the meeting.\n\nPublic comment will be received at this meeting.
