 son will present a proclamation recognizing October as Bullying Prevention
  Month in Alexandria. The event will occur in the City Council Chamber\, o

 committed to kindness\, inclusivity and acceptance\, and we recognize and 
 respect the dignity of every human being\," said Mayor Justin Wilson. "I e
 ncourage everyone to learn the facts about bullying and help us make our s
 chools and our community bully-free. We are so pleased that awareness is b
 eing expanded--beyond bullying of youth in schools--to include abuse of se
