 a Gang Prevention Community Task Force is being held electronically pursua
 nt to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3)\, the Continuity of Governmen
 t ordinance adopted by the City Council on June 20\, 2020. All of the memb
 ers of the Board and staff are participating from remote locations through
  a Zoom meeting. This meeting is being held electronically\, unless a dete
 rmination is made that it is safe enough to be held in person. The meeting
  can be accessed by the public through the Zoom link below.  \n \n\n \nThe
  purpose of the Task Force is to receive briefings on the status of gang s
 uppression\, prevention and intervention programs and activities in the Ci
 ty\; assist in informing and educating the Alexandria community about the 
 gang suppression\, prevention and intervention programs and activities\; a
 ssist in identifying programs and activities that will address specific ga
 ng-related problems or issues in the City\; assist in identifying opportun
 ities to obtain funding for programs and activities that will address such
  gang-related problems or issues\; and\, assist in identifying state or lo
 cal laws that should be enacted or amended to enable the City\, and possib
 ly other local governments\, to better address problems and issues arising
