 a Gang Prevention Community Task Force is being held electronically pursua
 nt to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3)\, the Continuity of Governmen
 t ordinance adopted by the City Council on June 20\, 2020 or Section 4-0.0
 1(g) in HB29 and HB30\, enacted by the 2020 Virginia General Assembly (Vir
 ginia Acts of Assembly Ch. 1283 and 1289)\, to undertake essential busines
 s. All of the members of the Board and staff are participating from remote
  locations through a Zoom meeting. This meeting is being held electronical
 ly\, unless a determination is made that it is safe enough to be held in p
 erson. Electronic access will be provided in either event. The meeting can
  be accessed by the public through the Zoom link below.  \n \n\n \nThe pur
 pose of the Task Force is to receive briefings on the status of gang suppr
 ession\, prevention and intervention programs and activities in the City\;
  assist in informing and educating the Alexandria community about the gang
  suppression\, prevention and intervention programs and activities\; assis
 t in identifying programs and activities that will address specific gang-r
 elated problems or issues in the City\; assist in identifying opportunitie
 s to obtain funding for programs and activities that will address such gan
 g-related problems or issues\; and\, assist in identifying state or local 
 laws that should be enacted or amended to enable the City\, and possibly o
 ther local governments\, to better address problems and issues arising fro
