DESCRIPTION:This is the third meeting of the Parker-Gray BAR Ad Hoc Design 
 Guidelines Work Group. The group will evaluate the guidelines now used for
  recent buildings\, as well as the older and more architecturally signific
 ant structures in the local Parker-Gray historic district\, and recommend 
 potential updates to the Board. The group will see which modern and sustai
 nable materials may be appropriate for use on historic buildings\, and wil
 l also make recommendations on simplified BAR application fees and process
