 ation that ends the use of no-knock warrants. No-knock warrants are warran
 ts issued by a judge that allows law enforcement to enter a property witho
 ut immediate prior notification of the residents\, such as by knocking or 
 ringing a doorbell. This law is named after Breonna Taylor\, a 26-year-old
  EMT\, who was fatally shot in her Louisville Kentucky home on March 13\,
