 s for Homeschool Day on Friday\, October 16! In honor of Virginia Archaeol
 ogy Month\, we will explore what archaeology teaches us about the past. Le
 arn about the excavations that were done at the Lee-Fendall House as well 
 as other sites in Alexandria. Activities will be taking place outdoors. Ad
 vanced registration is required: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/homeschool-d
 ay-archaeology-tickets-114448267850. \n\nOptional tours of the house will 
 be offered every hour starting at 10:00 AM with the last tour starting at 
 3:00 PM. Due to ongoing health concerns\, we will be limiting the number o
 f people allowed in the house and on the grounds at one time so please reg
 ister for a specific tour time in advance. Face masks and physical distanc
