DESCRIPTION:This is the first of four meetings of the Parker-Gray BAR Ad Ho
 c Design Guidelines Work Group.  The group will evaluate the guidelines no
 w used for recent buildings\, as well as the older and more architecturall
 y significant structures in the local Parker-Gray historic district\, and 
 recommend potential updates to the Board.  The group will see which modern
  and sustainable materials may be appropriate for use on historic building
 s\, and will also make recommendations on simplified BAR application fees
