 th Emily. Emily Gleichenhaus began discovering illustrated songs when her 
 children were babies. As a professional theater and cabaret artist\, Emily
  was compelled to sing the songs and started working with amazing musician
 s to arrange music to accompany the singing. And her repertoire grew. Emil
 y frequently Sings Books at local libraries and has sung many thousands of
  performances in classrooms at local schools. Sing Books gives kids the ex
 perience of seeing and hearing music being made right in front of them. It
  is live performance edutainment. Singing these songs with kids shares cul
 ture\, musical heritage\, history\, and social and academic literacy. Illu
 strated songs are an incredibly enriching\, engaging\, and enjoyable way t
