 509 Woodbine Street). \n\nIn 2019\, the Make-A-Wish Foundation approached 
 the City of Alexandria with a wish from Whitaker\, a local four-year old b
 attling cancer. Whitaker loves going to the Woodbine Tot Lot across the st
 reet from his house and has asked to renovate the playground and add some 
 special items to make the tot lot extra special for himself and his neighb
 orhood friends. Construction work is anticipated to take place between mid
