 All the members of the Board and staff are participating from remote locat
 ions through a video conference call on Zoom. The meeting can be accessed 
 by the public via Zoom (see info below). The Webinar will open at 6:30 PM 
 to allow individuals to join\, while the Meeting will begin at 7:00 PM.\n\
