 oldier-led guided tour of Fort Ward with a performance of Civil War brass 
 band music!   A 90-minute tour of Fort Ward led by a Union interpreter wil
 l give participants a glimpse into the history\, construction and soldier 
 life of the Defenses of Washington.  In the afternoon\, enjoy a concert of
  Civil War-era music on the Museum lawn performed by the 8th "Green Machin
 e" Division Band\, a historical musical ensemble composed of George Mason 
 University students.  The 8th GM Division Band performs Civil War composit
 ions in period uniform at a variety of historical events and Civil War sit
