  the members of the City Council and staff are participating from remote l
 ocations through a video conference call on Zoom.  The public may access t
 he meeting and make public comments either through the video conference ca
 ll or may come in person to Council Chamber\, City Hall.   The City will b
 e observing social distancing regulations in the Chamber.  The video confe
