 entage of the assessed value\, based on the tax rate set by City Council d
 uring the first week of May each year.  The tax is billed in two parts.  T
 he first half Real Estate Tax bill is mailed in early May with a due date 
 of June 15.  The second half Real Estate Tax bill is mailed in early Octob
