 andy treats are all a part of the evening's fun.  Younger children who are
  not into "scariness" can watch a family-friendly movie while decorating c
 ookies and cupcakes in the Charles Houston Recreation Center Multipurpose 
 Room. Prizes for the best costume and the best painted pumpkin face.  All 
 of the evenings events are being co-sponsored by ARHA\, Alexandria Recreat
 ion Department\, ACPS\, McDonalds\, Sherwin Williams/Duron Paints\, EYA Bo
