DESCRIPTION:The City of Alexandria invites residents to attend one of a ser
 ies of workshops that will help determine how Alexandria tax dollars and f
 ees will support programs and services offered by the Department of Recrea
 tion\, Parks and Cultural Activities (RPCA). In these small group discussi
 ons\, City staff will collect input on how each of RPCA's services and pro
 grams provides community verses individual. City staff will use this input
  to help develop Resource Allocation Policy options to present to City Cou
 ncil this winter. Refreshments will be will be provided. Plus\, each works
 hop will feature prize drawings\, including a $50 gift certificate toward
