DESCRIPTION:The City of Alexandria will host a "Build Your Own Rain Barrel"
  workshop.  The workshop will be held on Saturday October 13th from 10:00 
 am to noon at the Alexandria Renew Environmental Center Lobby\, located at
  1800 Limerick Street\, Alexandria\, VA 22314.  All tools and supplies wil
 l be provided.
