 leanup Programs. Each program qualifies for up to a 10% reduction of the s
 tormwater utility fee for the associated non-residential property. The tra
 ining will take place at City Hall\, 301 King St.\, from 7 to 9 p.m.\, in 
 Sister Cities Room 1101. \n\nInterested participants will learn about the 
 importance of picking up litter\, site leader responsibilities\, how to gi
 ve a safety talk\, documenting litter cleanup activities for Stormwater Ut
 ility Fee Credits\, and more. The City will also answer questions and prov
 ide guidance on the processes for program registration and credit applicat
