Along th e way\, their house became a beacon for change. Today\, her former home o n 326 T Street is a dilapidated frame in LeDroit Park. Its current state threatens to erase a landmark that deserves to be preserved for a woman wh ose efforts continue to impact this city. \nLearn more about this fascinat ing woman by screening the new documentary with Robin Hamilton\, an Emmy-a ward winning journalist\, television host\, moderator and writer. Currentl y based in Washington\, DC\, Robin is a correspondent for the local Tribun e affiliate's newsmagazine program NewsPlus\, and has hosted DC50-TV's awa rd-winning Black History month series for the past 4 years. She wrote\, pr oduced and directed her first film\, This Little Light of Mine: The Legacy of Fannie Lou Hamer about famed Civil Rights activist Fannie Lou Hamer.
