 ch\, trainer\, and college professor who provides innovative strategies fo
 r both individuals and organizations undergoing change. She possesses 30 y
 ears of diverse experience in performance consulting\, human resources man
 agement\, career coaching\, and college instruction. Through her consultin
 g practice\, Career Intelligence Associates she partners with businesses t
 o increase employee engagement\, and with individuals to achieve satisfyin
 g and meaningful contributions both at work and in their personal lives. D
 r. Trent's education includes a Ph.D. in Education\, M.B.A. with a concent
 ration in Human Resources Management\, and a B.A. in Speech Communication.
  She is the author of two books\, The Small Place Beyond Fear and The Boun
