DESCRIPTION:The City's fall leaf collection program begins on October 30 an

  will begin its annual leaf vacuuming and leaf bag collection program on M
 onday\, October 30. Leaf collection is expected to continue through Decemb
 er.\n\nThe City is divided into five zones\, each with a specific collecti
 on start date. Each zone will receive three passes. Residents who receive 
 City trash and recycling collection may recycle leaves in three ways:\n\nR
 ake leaves to the curb for vacuum collection\n\nPlace leaves in paper leaf
  bags for collection\n\nCompost leaves and yard waste at home\n\nPlease do
  not mix brush or other items with leaves\, as these items may injure City
  workers\, damage equipment or private property\, or cause delays.\n\nTo d
