 nces. \nDirector Matt Spangler is an award-winning  filmmaker and writer. 
 He recently relocated to the New York area after over two decades in the W
 ashington\, DC area. Matt is also the director of Out of Obscurity\, a doc
 umentary exploring the 1939 library "sit-down strike" in Alexandria\, VA. 
 This critically acclaimed film was narrated by Dr. Julian Bond\, former Ch
