  will be holding a public meeting related to the Combined Sewer System (CS
 S) to discuss recent legislation (Senate Bill 898 and House Bill 2383) sig
 ned by the Governor on April 21\, 2017\, how this legislation impacts the 
 City's CSS Long Term Control Plan Update (LTCPU) submitted to the Virginia
  Department of Environmental Quality in December 2016\, and next steps to 
 meet this new legislation. This meeting will also recognize the efforts of
  the Ad Hoc Combined Sewer System Plan Stakeholder Group in developing the
  LTCPU. Time will be provided for comments and questions from audience mem
