 g sponsored by local restaurants. \n\nMeet and Greet begins at 6 p.m.  The
  Quetzales Mexican Dance Ensemble\, Northern Virginia's premier Mexican fo
 lkloric performing company will provide a spectacular 60 minute performanc
 e beginning at 6:30 p.m.   \n\nAt 7:30 p.m.\, Ocho de Bastos\, a Latin jaz
 z band will culminate the evening's festivities and get you on your feet w
