 sign is underway with an estimated start of construction in the first quar
 ter of fiscal year 2017.  Meeting attendees will have the opportunity to s
 ee the design progress and additional detail\, more generally depicted by 
 the approved concept plan. The meeting will begin with an overview present
 ation of the project and current status\, with an opportunity for attendee
