 0 p.m. at the Beatley Central Library located at 5005 Duke St. Refreshment
 s will be available.\nAttendees will have an opportunity to learn about th
 e project that will be installed along Duke St. between Callahan Dr. and S
 . Pickett St. The project will be celebrated on Sunday\, May 17 and help l
 aunch Alexandria's celebration of National Public Works Week.\nThe City of
  Alexandria Commission for the Arts has selected three artists/artist team
 s: Erin Curtis\; Pamela Underhill & Roger Foster\; and Anthony Palliparamb
 il. Each artist/artist team will create four original designs that will be
  installed on the traffic control boxes.\nFor additional information about
