 grets that it has to cancel event due to the possibility of inclement weat
 her. The program will be scheduled for a later date.\n\nIn 2018\, archaeol
 ogists uncovered the remains of three wooden ship hulls at the Robinson La
 nding construction site. Once excavated\, City archaeologists temporarily 
 stored the ship timbers in tanks of water to keep the wood from decaying. 
 The timbers are now being moved to Ben Brenman Pond for preservation. \n\n
 The free SeeWorthy in the Park event will include opportunities to talk wi
 th archaeologists about ship research and preservation\, as well as STEM-b
 ased activities for all ages. Learn how wooden ships were reused in the 18
 th and 19th centuries as landfill with Shoreline Engineering\, discover th
 e physics behind moving large ship timbers with Mini Forklift Hydraulics\,
  and find out what can be learned from ship wood with Dendrochronology Dat
