 egin at 8:00 am and it will be a virtual event only.\n\nDue to the COVID-1
 9 Pandemic emergency\, the August 2022 Special Board meetings of the Alexa
 ndria Redevelopment and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is being 
 held electronically pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) and
  the Continuity of Government ordinance adopted by the City Council on Jun
 e 20\, 2020\, to undertake essential business. All of the members of the p
 ublic body and staff are participating from remote locations through a Zoo
 m meeting. This meeting is being held electronically\, unless a determinat
 ion is made that it is safe enough to be held in person in the Board Room 
 at 401 Wythe Street\, Alexandria\, VA. Electronic access will be provided
