 ll begin at 7:00 pm and it will be a virtual event only.\n\nDue to the COV
 ID-19 Pandemic emergency\, the January 2022\, meeting of the Alexandria Re
 development and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is being held ele
 ctronically pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) and the Con
 tinuity of Government ordinance adopted by the City Council on June 20\, 2
 020\, to undertake essential business.  All of the members of the public b
 ody and staff are participating from remote locations through a Zoom meeti
 ng. This meeting is being held electronically\, unless a determination is 
 made that it is safe enough to be held in person in the Board Room at 401 
 Wythe Street\, Alexandria\, VA. Electronic access will be provided in eith
 er event.  The meeting can be accessed by the public through zoom (link be
 low).\n\nPublic comment will be received at the meeting. Individuals inter
