 n existing 0.7-acre park that at Heritage at Old Town\, will be redesigned
  in compliance with the South Patrick Housing Affordability Strategy (Affo
 rdability Strategy). The Affordability Strategy includes park improvements
  such as play areas\, seating\, and open passive areas that will be design
 ed to be accessible and accommodate all ages and abilities. The park redes
 ign will be implemented through the Heritage at Old Town redevelopment pro
 cess with all applicable approvals. The park will serve the surrounding re
 sidential community but will also continue to serve as a pedestrian and bi
 ke trail. \n\nThis meeting will provide the community with background abou
