DESCRIPTION:The Department of Transportation and Environmental Services (T
 &ES)\, Engineering Division invites residents to attend a public meeting 
 about the City's draft Sanitary Sewer Master Plan.  The Sanitary Sewer Ma
 ster Plan provides a summary of sanitary sewer assets and needs\, along w
 ith a plan to assess future wastewater flows corresponding to forecasted 
 growth.  The Sanitary Sewer Master Plan uses growth forecasts through bui
 ld-out conditions (post year 2040) to analyze hydraulic capacity of the c
 ollector sewers and interceptor sewers\, wastewater treatment plant capac
 ity\, and the impact of significant wet weather events on both the separa
