DESCRIPTION:The City of Alexandria invites residents to attend one of a se
 ries of workshops that will help determine how Alexandria tax dollars and
  fees will support programs and services offered by the Department of Rec
 reation\, Parks and Cultural Activities (RPCA). In these small group disc
 ussions\, City staff will collect input on how each of RPCA's services an
 d programs provides community verses individual. City staff will use this
  input to help develop Resource Allocation Policy options to present to C
 ity Council this winter. Refreshments and free child care will be will be
  provided. Plus\, each workshop will feature prize drawings\, including a
  $50 gift certificate toward programs and services offered by RPCA.\n\nRS
