  to educate adults who might be tempted to purchase alcohol legally and p
 rovide it to minors. Youth\, accompanied by adults\, will go to alcohol v
 endors throughout Alexandria and place "Stop" stickers on multi-packs of 
 alcohol reminding adults it's illegal to purchase alcohol for youth. \n\n
 Sticker Shock is organized by the Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition of
  Alexandria (SAPCA)\, Virginia ABC\, and area law enforcement agencies\, 
 including the Alexandria Police Department and Alexandria Sheriff's Offic
 e.\n\nThis campaign will kick off with a press conference in the parking 
 lot at 720 North Saint Asaph Street. Mayor William D. Euille\, Alexandria
