DESCRIPTION:A meeting will be held by the Planning Commission on November 
 4\, 2021\, beginning at 7:00 p.m. and a meeting will be held by City Coun
 cil on November 13\, 2021\, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Both meetings will tak
 e place in the City Council Chamber located at 301 King Street\, Alexandr
 ia\, Virginia 22314.\n\nIf it is determined to not be safe enough to meet
  in person due to the COVID-19 Pandemic emergency\, these meetings will b
 e held electronically. If held electronically\, the meetings are being he
 ld pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) and the Continuity 
 of Government ordinance adopted by the City Council on June 20\, 2020 to 
 undertake essential business and members of the public bodies and staff w
 ill be participating from remote locations through a Zoom Webinar. Electr
 onic access will be provided whether the meetings are in person or electr
 onic. The Planning Commission and City Council Public Hearings can be acc
