DESCRIPTION:The City of Alexandria and the Opioid Treatment Program are ho
 sting the fourth annual National Fentanyl Awareness Day on Tuesday\, Apri
 l 29\, at the Del Pepper Community Resource Center. The event will featur
 e education\, demonstrations\, treatment information\, health resources\,
  free distribution of Narcan (r) overdose medication and test strips for 
 fentanyl and other drugs. The Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition of Ale
 xandria (SAPCA)\, Alexandria Health Department\, Opioid Work Group\, and 
 staff from Adult Central Intake will be in attendance to support awarenes
 s efforts. Please join us to help friends and loved ones prevent further 
 tragedies.
