 or renovation and upgrade to the City of Alexandria's Mount Vernon Recrea
 tion Center. The renovation will consist of new paint finish with team co
 lored accents around walls of the gymnasium and entrance lobby including 
 the media lounge area. New wall pads in the team colors and new photos of
  Mystic players will be added to the gymnasium walls. In the media lounge
  area\, a new video projector will be installed to replace the old one al
 ong with new lounge seating.  These improvements coincide with regular Ci
 ty improvements giving the center an overall fresh and exciting face lift
