art from Point Lumley Park near the intersection of Strand St. and Duke S
t. at 1 p.m. and proceed north along the Potomac River to the RiverRenew
project site at the intersection of N. Union St. and Pendleton St.\n\n \n
\nPlease wear comfortable walking shoes and appropriately warm clothing.
Air temperatures along the riverfront may feel cooler than forecasted. Li
