 osting the first of two free training sessions beginning at 10 a.m. "Fire
  Stopping Techniques Utilized in Construction." After the kick-off event\
 , Simpson Strong-Tie is hosting "Deck Safety at Home" at 1 p.m. The train
 ing sessions will provide a total of 2 hours of Continuing Education Unit
 s (CEUs). Complimentary coffee beverages and light snacks will be provide
 d to course participants beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the Chet and Sabra Ave
 ry conference room (Room 2000) at City Hall. \n\nPlease contact penny.gau
