 n's activities\, community exhibits\, a performance by Four Star Combo\, 
 rockabilly and honky tonk music\, and birthday cake. The highlight of the
  event is a concert by the Alexandria Symphony Orchestra Fireworks close 
 out the celebration at dusk. In the event of inclement weather\, firework
 s only will be rescheduled for Sunday\, July 10 at 9:30 p.m.\n\nLocation:
