  the Waterfront Small Area Plan Landscape and Flood Mitigation Design pro
 cess will occur on Monday\, November 4\, 2013\, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.
 m. The meeting will take place at T.C. Williams High School\, 3330 King S
 treet\, Alexandria\, in the auditorium. Participants should use buildinge
  entrace 36\, directly across from the parking garage. The public is invi
 ted to this community meeting\, and reservations are not required. \n\nTh
 e Olin Studio\, the City's landscape architectural firm for the Waterfron
 t\, will provide information on the design process that will occur betwee
 n now and June 2014\, in order to provide a higher level of specificity f
 or the illustrative drawings in the Waterfront Small Area Plan. The meeti
 ng will also be a forum to share ideas on programming of public space ele
 ments and activities\; and ideas for implementing the art\, history\, and
  lighting recommendations in the Waterfront Small Area Plan.\nThis is an 
 important opportunity for the community to engage in this process\, as th
 e City works in partnership with Alexandrians to transform the Waterfront
  into an highly accessible\, vibrant place for residents and visitors ali
